4Portals Groups have been working closely with Standard Bank Insurance (SIL) over the last 12 months, developing a digitised solution, to enable SIL’s clients to find, rate and review SIL approved Service Providers (SP’).
4Portals will shortly be launching a specialised insurance portal, whereby gated estates and residential complexes, residents of these estates and contractors who work in these estates, will be able to procure all their insurances, from one portal and company.
Furthermore, SIL clients will now have the ability to choose from a pre-approved list of Service Providers, enabling a more flexible approach to insurance related repairs. This, coupled with a confirmation that all contractor insurances and professional indemnities and workman’s compensation cover is in place, will provide peace-of-mind when selecting a Contractor to provide services to your home.
SIL clients will also be able to rate and review these providers after the work has been completed. This will be very beneficial to both SIL and their clients, as currently there is no pre-existing rating and review system
SIL, will also be able to use the 4Traders platform to communicate ‘In App, with all their approved Service Providers (SP’s), which is a major benefit to both SIL and the SP, currently Bank Customers communicate by email, SMS or via the contact centre. This enhancement will significantly improve the communication channel with SP’s and ultimately create a better customer experience.
By using the 4Traders portal, traders will not have to manually complete a lengthy form and submit it by email. Traders will be encouraged to apply to be SIL approved, by registering with 4Traders and then applying electronically via the 4Traders portal.
