In Aug 1997 Paul founded the real estate portal "Private Property" and his innovation and ingenuity is evident in the success the portal enjoys today. Some of his direct contributions included the listing of bank-repossessed properties as well as the concept of reciprocal radio advertising and the partnership with Kagiso Media. Paul's ability to leverage popular media was instrumental in creating the large market awareness of the Private Property Brand in South Africa.
Paul has worked in a Sales and Business Development Capacity for many leading Telecommunications companies across Western and Eastern Europe as well as Sub Saharan Africa. These companies included Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia Siemens Networks, Mahindra-Comviva, Convergys, The Myriad Group and Motorola.
Paul has also worked extensively with Cloud and Online based technologies including Big Data, Analytics and Mobile and Online Payments.
Paul has a BCom Hons Degree, majoring in Economics and Business Management.

Marc has spent over 25 years in the Information Communication Technology domain, covering all facets of business from Operations, Solutioning , Partner Management to leading Business Development and Sales engagements. His last engagement has been with a global IT giant and as such brings the disciplines needed for today's digitalization of business and the IT service management skills needed to transition to higher IT maturity levels.
Marc is an engineer and entrepreneur at heart, having created unique innovative solutions and involved in the start-up of some interesting companies. Having studied both engineering and entrepreneurship at a post graduate level he is best described as a 'corporate entrepreneur'. He is a Registered Professional Technologist Pr.Tech. (Eng.) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), and formal qualifications are an M Tech (Eng.), Higher National Diploma (Electrical Engineering-LC), Datametrics Diploma UNISA and Management Development Program (MDP)

Adrian is an expert in all things coding and technology related. He has been developing software for the last 30+ years and was trained by the highly reputable Van Zyl and Pritchard Group in the early 80's and has been coding ever since. He has worked for leading local and International companies, such as AST Abraxus, ABSA Bank and Siemens, Italy. Adrian has overseen the development of some of the core portals, particularly 4Traders, which is a highly complex Saas Platform and has leveraged his experience to build world class technology solutions and also to provide insight and guidance on current and emerging technologies
Richard Hoption CA (SA)
After completing his articles at Deloitte, Richard rose to the position of Financial Manager at Smiths Manufacturing SA (Pty) Ltd (a motor component parts manufacturing company). Here he was responsible for all aspects of financial and management accounting, such as internal audit, costing, cost control, budgeting and cash flow management, inventory control, and IT. (including the MRP system).
After helping to set up a small audit practice he then moved on to Nedbank Limited (formerly BoE and NBS) where he became the National Senior Operations Manager for NBS Developments / BoE Property Ventures, and Regional Investment Manager for Nedbank Property Partners.
It was here that he also represented the bank as an Investment Banker and Director on the boards of many of the bank's property interests. His last major corporate role was at Grand Parade Investments Limited, a Black Economic Empowerment company in the Gaming, Leisure and QSR industries, where he held many positions, including CEO, Financial Director, Company Secretary, Investment and Strategy Director. Notably he was the CEO when this Company listed on the JSE.
