In Aug 1997 Paul founded the real estate portal "Private Property" and his innovation and ingenuity is evident in the success the portal enjoys today. Some of his direct contributions included the listing of bank-repossessed properties as well as the concept of reciprocal radio advertising and the partnership with Kagiso Media. Paul's ability to leverage popular media was instrumental in creating the large market awareness of the Private Property Brand in South Africa.

Paul has worked in a Sales and Business Development Capacity for many leading Telecommunications companies across Western and Eastern Europe as well as Sub Saharan Africa. These companies included Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia Siemens Networks, Mahindra-Comviva, Convergys, The Myriad Group and Motorola.

Paul has also worked extensively with Cloud and Online based technologies including Big Data, Analytics and Mobile and Online Payments.

Paul has a BCom Hons Degree, majoring in Economics and Business Management.

Group Chief Technology Officer and co-founder

Adrian is an expert in all things coding and technology related. He has been developing software for the last 35+ years and was trained by the highly reputable Van Zyl & Pritchard Group in the early 80's and has been coding ever since. In 1999 switched from mainframe programming to pc's and became a Certified Microsoft Solution Developer. He has worked for leading local and International companies, such as AST Abraxus, ABSA Bank and Siemens, Italy. Adrian has overseen the development of some of the core portals, particularly 4Traders, which is a highly complex Saas Platform and has leveraged his experience to build world class technology solutions and also to provide insight and guidance on current and emerging technologies.
