With the launch of the 4Traders portal, a number of additional services and solutions are currently in trial and development and will be introduced in the coming months into the existing Portal. One of the most exciting services to be introduced, is the concept of the Build Camera.
4Traders is currently trialling and evaluating the concept of a Real Time Build Camera, allowing the owner, architect, builder and any other interested party to monitor the, ‘real time’ construction of a home. Early indications are there has been a, ‘dramatic increase’ in productivity, which should cover the monthly costs of leasing the camera multiple times over.
Further to the above, 4Traders will also be introducing the concept of a, “Virtual Site Meeting’, where all parties can either join a meeting physically, or remotely by logging into the 4Traders portal and having Real Time Access to site visuals, drawings, notes etc and all these meetings can be recorded for record keeping purposes and easy reference.
Additionally, an Electronic Project Management capability is under development, which will provide for a complete online management capability for a build project, from the initial ground excavation until the internal fixtures and fittings have been completed.
This will enable all Primary and Sub Contractors, owners and other interested parties to communicate with one another via a dedicated App, which will also be able to archive all the correspondence, weekly minutes, images, architectural and other diagrams into one single repository.
4Traders has successfully trialled this Build Camera, which is completely Solar Powered and the service will be commercially launched towards the end of Aug 2017
